中南大学肿瘤研究所主要从事以鼻咽癌为主的恶性肿瘤病因和癌变机制研究，并在此基础上形成了鼻咽癌基因组学、EB病毒致癌机理及治疗、肿瘤侵袭与转移分子机制、肿瘤表观遗传学、肿瘤干细胞、肿瘤免疫治疗等研究方向。为加快基础医学“双一流”建设，推动肿瘤学领域发展，我所特主办“中南大学肿瘤研究所青年学术论坛”。该论坛旨在营造一个良好的学术氛围，激发广大研究生的创新热情，促进学术交流。2名青年教师、1名博士后、20名研究生（包括8名博士、12名硕士）将就目前已完成或正在进行的学术工作进行报告。
